6.1.Company's legal case again Logah and C.C. Cheng for alleged infringement over Company's intellectual properties and trade secrets is currently under investigation by Taiwan HsinChu District Court and HsinChu District Prosecutors Office.
6.2.The recent market hearsays about the truce between Company and Li Shin or Logah or Company's procurement on Logah or Li Shin products had been erroneous and far from the facts. To avoid customers and also investing publics being misled, company hereby offers the following clarifications;
6.2.1.Company's determination to defend intellectual property and rights never weavered. There had no incident of negotiation between Company and Logah or any of its parent company.
