Previously, some media using ”The convertible debt application of Cheng Uei Precision Industry Co., Ltd (or ”Foxlink Group”) was rejected” as subject, erroneously claim Hon Hai Technology Group has ”group member company” hits by unexpected event on financing, might negatively impact Hon Hai's post dividend stock price performance...etc. Company formally reiterate the formerly announced repudiation; Hon Hai Precision Industry Co,. Ltd and CHENG UEI Precision Industry Co.Ltd had been two independent companies. There is absolutely no basis for any linkage between the two firms; both has independent product design, manufacturing, production, sales, marketing, financial, accounting ... there isn't even strategic alliance or any type of joint venture between the two entities.
