5.Cause of occurrence: Regarding how the Company being informed by related Mainland China governmental agencies that started from May 5, 2006, abided by related regulation, the custom survey and seizure was executed against Logah Electronics (Suzhou) Limited (”Logah”) due to alleged infringement on company's patents for inverter products, as the result, the Company had posted material press release on Market Observation Post System website on May 8, 2006. 6.Countermeasures: Per directive from regulatory authorities, supplementary information below;
6.1.Related Mainland China governmental agencies informed the Company; Intellectual Property Office Jiangsu, after inspecting Logah Electronics (Suzhou) Limited's assembly lines on May 5, 2006, had found related alleged intellectual property infrigement products and had seized the related proof. As the result, Mainland China's related governmental agencies had specifically informed Logah Electronics (Suzhou) if Logah continues to ship an afforementioned product, Chinese Custom Office will abide by related regulations and seize the infringing products or confiscate as the result. Related China authorities also informed Logah(Suzhou) the need to make timely submissions for any objection. 6.2.Company expresses its sincere gratitude to customers' long term support and cooperation in fight against IP infringements.
