Regarding to the erroneous and misleading news over the company acquires
HP's India factory, the company had specifically refuted and clarified
in Taiwan Stock Exchange's Market Observation Post System on May 18,
2005. Unfortunately, erroneous rumors continue. To prevent investing
public being misled, company hereby declares: the company has not
acquired HP India factory.
